The cabin includes kitchen essentials, towels, and linens for a comfortable stay.

Nestled in the heart of beautiful Lake George, Colorado, our property features 10 unique, cozy cabins, each with its own personality and rustic charm. Surrounded by the stunning mountains, we're the perfect base for fishing, hiking, off-roading, rock hounding, tubing, wildlife watching, and stargazing.

Conveniently located near Eleven Mile Reservoir & Canyon, Mueller State Park, Happy Meadows, and Cripple Creek, our cabins offer a peaceful mountain escape with easy access to some of Colorado's best outdoor adventures. Whether you're visiting for a weekend or a longer getaway, you'll find comfort, fresh mountain air, and unforgettable scenery waiting for you.

Our on-site office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We're happy to assist with check-in, answer questions, provide local recommendations, and help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you plan to arrive after office hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a smooth self check-in.

Remove personal items and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please dispose of your trash in the main dumpster located to the right of the office. Please make sure to latch the dumpster after use.

Turn off all lights, stove, faucets, wash your dishes and turn heater down to 50. Close all windows and doors. Close refrigerator.

Simply place your cabin keys in the key drop box located next to the OFFICE before departing.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Campfires require office approval. Fires only in fire pits, attended at all times. Quiet hours 10 PM. Speed limit 5 MPH. No smoking in cabins.

Dogs only (max 2), leash required, never leave alone, keep off furniture, clean up after them. Register all guests. Extra guest (13+) $10/night.

Wash dishes, return all items, report damage. Septic: toilet paper only. Keep food/trash secure. Use dumpster and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
