"Booked a cabin in September and confirmed the booking in January. So that was fine we knew it was good to go. Set off on a long journey to reach desert sage retreat only to find out they didn’t have our booking. So why didn’t they tell us in an email that our reservation was not being honored. It would save us a journey. When we phoned to tell them that we had contacted hotels.com. They found our reservation number his reply was AND. He sounded arrogant and no apology was made. We are OAPs and ended sleeping in a cold tent with thin duvets on their site. We were on a very tight budget so had no other choice"
