Convenient, easy to check in with 24 hour manned reception. The rooms were great, so was the pool and the view. Wouldn’t recommend the Japanese restaurant.

We loved our stay at Granbell, the hotel is stunning the staff are amazing and overall we had a lovely time. We also booked in for a spa treatment which was brilliant as the room overlooked the sea and it was amazing.

Nice but a little bit overpriced

Stayed one week in Colombo after a 2 week tour . Hotel was well maintained and friendly staff. Price was expensive for the size of the rooms and as the property is located across the street from the railway line it is noisy. Very few areas air conditioned areas to relax. Enjoyed our stay but would have preferred something quieter and with more air conditioned lounge areas.
