La Maison est jolie et trÚs bien située (5mn à pied du centre de Collioure), les chambres joliments décorées, le petit déjeuner était trÚs bien : choix divers et qualités des mets premium. Néanmoins, la chambre que nous avions était petite, la salle de bain minuscule. Assez bruyant lors des va et vient des autres clients. Et la salle du petit déjeuner trop étroite et sombre. Le tarif est bien trop élevé !

DÉCEVANT et pas au niveau. Un bel endroit mais cela ne suffit pas pour justifier le prix et afficher rĂ©ellement 5 Ă©toiles. ( dĂ©part Ă  11h) Un grand merci Ă  la jeune femme du petit dĂ©jeuner ( dĂ©solĂ© je n’ai pas son prĂ©nom) et Ă  Lori de l’accueil qui sont de vĂ©ritables professionnelles de l’hĂŽtellerie. il y a une bonne literie mais aucune insonorisation, les finitions laissent Ă  dĂ©sirer alors que l’hĂŽtel Ă  moins d’un an ( baie qui ne ferme pas, marche cassĂ©e, pommeau de douche digne d’un camping, rideau pour sĂ©parer la chambre de la salle de bain, etc 
) PĂ©nible et Dommage surtout en restant plusieurs nuits et en rĂ©servant deux chambres. Toutes les deux avec des problĂšmes diffĂ©rents.

Un bel endroit, un service et un personnel trĂšs agrĂ©ables. L'accĂšs au spa (hamman, sauna et piscine chauffĂ©e) Ă©taient inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Nous en avons profitĂ©, sans pouvoir Ă©valuer l'Ă©co-responsabilitĂ© de ce type d'Ă©quipements. PropretĂ© parfaite pour une chambre "Prestige" relativement petite en taille, avec une trĂšs jolie vue sur la montagne. Quelques bĂ©mols, pour un Ă©tablissement 5 Ă©toiles, Ă  ce prix : une salle d'eau isolĂ©e par un simple rideau et des toilettes toute petites, mal sĂ©parĂ©es de la chambre par une cloison coulissante. L'isolation acoustique entre les chambres pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e. Nous entendions trop bien la tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la chambre voisine. Heureusement notre voisin s'est assez vite lassĂ© de son film d'horreur, agrĂ©mentĂ© de hurlements Ă©pouvantables! Par ailleurs l'Ă©tablissement bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un emplacement magnifique, Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de la ville mais au calme. Globalement donc un excellent sĂ©jour.

Ayant demandé une chambre sans senteur (huiles essentielles) j'ai pourtant été fortement incommodée par les diffuseurs dans les communs, à ajuster (odeur trop présente) pour les personnes souffrant d'asthme. Service de navette parking / hÎtel / centre ville parfait. Vue sur la Méditerranée et l'espace militaire protégé.
