Clean, comfy, quiet room, friendly staff. I slept well. The only thing about it I didn't like was that for my room (#1) the angled parking spot had a dumpster right behind it which was fine when I pulled in, but in the morning when a long pickup truck was parked next to me it was challenging to back out of without hitting the truck or the dumpster!

I think the man at the front desk did not speak English well. That's the only reason I said staff was not helpful. He did not seem to understand anything that we asked him. Just needed a place for one night and this was fine.

Just improve customer service , a motel or hotel are based on customer service most. Communication is a key,..you don’t know who you are welcoming, make sure how and what words you use,..it’s a kinder unbelievable to be obliged to call 911 to get checked in for something you can manage ,..client have right to reserve with motel website or pass trough other third company with more protections. Respect is a key especially when you open a public business ,..you don’t welcome only people you want or you choose, everyone is welcome as long USA they paid.

Nice roadside type motel. Although they did not have an ice machine there, the owner went upstairs to his family's living area and brought me down a small bucket of ice cubes. Air conditioning worked well, blinds were nice and dark keeping light out. And signs posted regarding no loud parties or music. Quite peaceful - loudest noise was the traffic. There was even a singer/guitar player sitting outside of his room softly playing a few songs and singing that was very pleasant and enjoyable. The only thing of note is no USB type ports on any of the electrical equipment so make sure you bring your own chargers and not just cords. Nothing fancy, but a clean room with two beds and lots of towels. Definitely stay again.
