Beautiful home in the best location. Very comfortable beds. Spacious living room. So nice that everyone had their own bathrooms. Fenced yard was great too. TV was perfect for watching our Aggies BTHO Arkansas! Great Ring Day Weekend.

A wonderful home!! The house was outfitted with all kind of amenities. Meticulously maintained home ; very clean. Plenty of room for the entire family. The fenced in yard was great for the kids and short walk to Kyle field ! We hope to be able rent again next football season !

Cute house in a great location close to campus. Completely fenced in yard, front and back, was great for pets. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating in every way. Highly recommend this property.

I booked this home for me and my extended family to stay for the weekend and it was in the perfect location for proximity to campus locales we planned to visit. The ease of getting in and out of the home was great and it was so nice that everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Christmas Celebration

Our family just spent nine days at this wonderful house for an early Christmas celebration. The house was perfect for our group which was myself husband two kids and their significant others. We each had our own en suite bathroom, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we cooked most meals at home, the outdoor fire pit was fun for s’mores and hanging out at night, and we were able to bring our golden retriever with us instead of boarding him. The location is perfect for getting around to any part of town and we will definitely be booking this for any future stays.

We stayed a couple nights to celebrate my daughter’s ring day with family. We found the house suited our needs, the completely gated yard was especially nice for our dog and kids!

Great house! Perfect location for campus events. Hosts were easy to work with, and everything was as expected. Backyard was a mess and hadn't been mowed in a while. So if you want to use the grass yard, you may want to mention that beforehand, but it didn't affect our visit much.

A Diamond Near THE Diamond (Davis Diamond)

Our son"s wedding weekend was made extra special as we stayed at the perfect location near all the athletic venues. We were super close to the rehearsal dinner, his home, and loads of Aggieland delights. If you want a place that is perfect for attending all the TAMU events, this is the one for you!

Ring Dunk Weekend

This property is close to campus which made us able to walk and pick up the kid's rings from campus. The house was perfect for our two families and we were able to host several of the kid's friends for meals without feeling cramped. We would definitely stay here again.
