Sehr gute Unterkunft

Die Lage des Hauses in zweiter Reihe am Wasser ist sehr gut. Badestrände und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Am Wochenende ist es dort gut besucht und dementsprechend auf der Straße davor viel Betrieb. Das Grundstück ist grosszügig und bietet viel Platz zum Spielen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es keinen direkten Abgang in den Garten gibt, sondern man immer zur Haustür raus gehen und um das Haus rum laufen muss. In der Summe aber definitiv empfehlenswert, besonders für Familien mit Hund(en).

Sehr nette Besitzer, das Haus sauber und gepflegt. Auf dem großen, komplett eingefriedeten Grundstück war das Mitführen unseres Hundes völlig problemlos. Alles zusammen ergab einen super Urlaub. Danke!

Villa Zaferina

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, modern und hell eingerichtet. Das komplett umzäunte große Grundstück war für unsere beiden Foxterrier ein Traum. In wenigen Autominuten war man im Zentrum in Colico bzw. auf der Haupt- und Schnellstraße, so dass die Gegend um den Comer See gut erkundet werden konnte. Perfekt wäre es noch, wenn die Verwalterin vor Ort ein bisschen englisch oder deutsch sprechen würde, da doch einiges auf italienisch erklärt worden ist. Anyway, wir kommen zu viert garantiert wieder!

Das Ferienhaus ist schön und midern eingerichtet.Es wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet und wurde meines Wissens 2012 renoviert.Der Garten ist großzügig und ebenso gepflegt.Die vollständige hohe Umzäunung lässt einen ganztägigen Freilauf für grosse Hunde zu.Sehr freundliche Vermieter und Nachbarn. Gegenüber ist ein Campingplatz mit Dauermieter, welcher ebenso nicht störend ist. Einkaufen kann man im 3.5 km entfernten Collico Conath oder 7 Tage die Woche im Iperal. Ausflüge zu den Städten per Schiff top

Einfach fantastisch

sehr sauber, viel Platz, großer Garten mit wunderschönem, überdachtem Platz zum Sitzen, nahe am Comer See, Ruhe, alles Wichtige vorhanden, Panorama wunderschön, Colico als Städtchen sehr empfehlenswert, sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe - rundum ein schöner Urlaub für uns als Großeltern mit Tochter, Schwiegersohn und kleinem Enkel.

Sehr gut geeignet für Urlaub m...

Sehr gut geeignet für Urlaub mit Hund. Wir hatten zwei Hunde mit und die haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die große eingezäunte Wiese ist ideal. Sicher ist das Haus auch für bis zu sechs Personen geeignet. Dann wäre jedoch ein weiteres Bad empfehlenswert. Sehr nette Vermieter. Reisetipps: Wer Höhenangst hat, sollte den Splügenpass meiden und lieber Gotthardtunnel oder Bernardinotunnel nehmen. Neben Colico sollte man sich Como und Belaggio ansehen. Beide Orte, speziell Belaggio, ist eine schöne kleine Stadt am See. Rund um den See gibt es viele sehenswerte Orte.Wir haben geplant, unseren Urlaub in Colico im nächsten Jahr zu wiederholen.

Absolut begeistert!

Das Haus ist frisch renoviert, modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Für die angegebenen 6 Personen scheint mir das Haus doch ein bisschen zu klein, aber es ist machbar. Der Garten ist großzügig und gepflegt. Der See ist in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar.

-sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche- Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden- evtl. wären Moskitogitter an den Fenstern sinnvoll- Nachts sehr warm (Klimaanlage? Ventilatoren?)- Nähe zum See traumhaft Reisetipps: - Einkaufszentrum außerhalb von Colico sehr gut- Colico selbst klein und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sehr überschaubar- Ausflüge überall am Comer See sehr zu empfehlen
