Outstanding place to stay!

One of the greatest experience our family has ever had!! The premises was spotless when we arrived and Alessio and Federica left us some very nice welcome gifts. They were also very friendly and always available to answer any questions and assist us in every way possible. We would highly recommend staying at their AirBnB to anyone who needs a place to stay in the Lake Como area.

Wonderful Stay with a Great Pool, Stunning Terrace View, and Exceptional HostWe had a fantastic time at this holiday home! The pool was a highlight—especially for the kids, who spent hours enjoying it every day. One of our favorite parts was the breathtaking view from the terrace. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Blick auf den See und der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir wurden mit einem Obstkorb und Getränken vom Vermieter begrüßt. Sehr gut waren auch die Matratzen (relativ hart), man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Mooi huis in prachtige omgeving

Het is een mooi huis met fijn zwembad in een prachtige omgeving! Toen we aankwamen was er vers fruit en wat basisboodschappen, ontzettend leuk vonden we dat! Qua onderhoud van de tuin en zwembad hebben we wel wat aandachtspunten. Gelukkig wisten wij zelf hoe het zwembad moesten schoonhouden en hoe de zwembadrobot werkte dus konden we het water redelijk fris houden. De slaapkamers in het souterrain zijn wel wat bedompt.

Anreise tip top, der Gastgeber hat uns ein kleines Care-Paket mit Früchten Brötchen und Sekt gegeben. Ausstattung des Objekts war perfekt, genug Platz für alle. Ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht. Die einzigen zwei Sachen die gestört haben waren dass es zu wenig Liegen gab und der Pool durch eine fehlende Bedeckung recht schnell dreckig wird.

Der Aufenthalt war für uns super. Der Pool eignete sich super um mit unserem Grossvater ums Haus bleiben zu können und die Sonne so zu geniessen. auch um mit unserem Kleinkind zu plantschen. Vom Ort selber waren wir nicht sooo überzeugt. Aber die Dorfleute und vor allem der Gastgeber war freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Kein Wunsch liess er offen!!

Ho soggiornato solo un paio di giorni a villa "Ginevra" ma sono stato benissimo, ambienti pulitissimi e sanificati, appartamento con ogni tipo di comfort dal wifi allo scambiatore d'aria, letto e divano comodissimi, cucina attrezzatissima e accoglienza fantastica del proprietario con una bottiglia di bollicine e frutta...da rifare!

Moderne Ruheoase

Die Wohnung in Colico ist ausgesprochen modern eingerichtet, gepflegt, sehr sauber und wunderschön gelegen. Alles ist großzügig geschnitten. Auf der Terrasse, auf dem Sofa oder am Pool – der Ausblick auf See und Berge ist sehr beeindruckend! Auf den Fotos kommt das definitiv nicht so gut raus. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Ecke und so hat man am Pool nie Zuschauer oder Spaziergänger, die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett und ruhig. Trotzdem hat man um die Ecke eine kleine Pizzeria und bei den Bauern in der weiteren Nachbarschaft kann man viele Produkte direkt vom Erzeuger kaufen. Alessio hat uns aber auch mit allerlei kulinarischer Grundausstattung versorgt, was wir so noch nie erlebt haben. Er hat sofort geholfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung von Alessio. Wir hatten uns rundrum wohlgefühlt und der Vermieter war immer gleich vor Ort, wenn es um Fragen ging. Bäckerei / Restaurant sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dieses Feriendomizil ist auf alle Fälle zu empfehlen.
