3 Bedroom, 1 Bath house located on beautiful Coldwater Lake. This house is located on the Chrystal Beach part of the lake known for it's beautiful sunsets and sandy bottom! Restaurants and golf courses minutes away!! Linen's and bath towels are provided. Smart TV with free WiFi. This cottage does have air conditioning units, however it does not have a furnace.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a coffee maker.

Perfect vacation

We had a fantastic week at this cottage. The cottage was perfect for our family vacation. Jeff was very responsive to questions and replied quickly. Plenty of supplies were available. We were very comfortable. We would highly recommend this rental!

Softball weekend

We had a great time at this cottage. Although we didn’t get to spend much time there because we were playing softball all weekend, it was nice to have the lake right there when we were able to use it. Jeff was easy to work with and we had no issues

Memorial Day Weekend

This property was a very nice place to stay for a weekend. Super easy check-in. Jeff was extremely nice and accommodated us very well. The Dock is in excellent condition and easy to get to from the launch ramp. Very easy to check-in and check-out! Great people to rent from. Highly recommended !!!!

The owner seemed nice when we had to contact him regarding a way to get into the rental because it was never communicated to me via VRBO or him, until I messaged him. The back door does not lock, which was worrisome, leaving all of our belongings there when we left. Upon arrival, the dock was COVERED in animal feces that had been there for quite some time (not one other dock around us had any nor did we ever have to clean it off again during our stay)and my husband spent an hour or more using the house broom to get it clean enough to walk on. That was my suggestion when the owner didn’t offer a solution when contacted. We then had no way to sweep the house floors during our stay. He also had to fix the entry closet that was broken. The owner refused to compensate for the work or give us a discount on a future stay and said “tell your husband I appreciate it.” It is not five steps to the sandy beach as the ad states. The railing on the deck was rotted and broken. The bedrooms listed are all adjoining with open ceilings and only curtains separating them. Definitely no romance happening. There was ONE bath towel that was damp and crumbs on the counter. No cups. No trash bags. Very limited essentials, so plan on bringing your own household supplies. To top it all off, there is an acorn tree in the yard and it continuously rained acorns, sometimes hitting us while on the deck and keeping us up at night because when they hit the roof it sounds like a gunshot going off, so not very peaceful. Needs work, but does have potential to be a great place to stay.
