Many things. Tv no working. Phone to entry desk not working. Staff was wonderful, trying to repair what maintenance they could.
Nice standard property. I thought we paid too much for what it is, but it was clean and quite.

The pool was closed due to COVID, not hot tub onsite. The hotel TV blocked us using our ROKO player by not allowing us to change the input on the tv. The front desk told us other people have issues with that too, but had no resolution for us. We paid the extra $5 for their highspeed internet thinking that would make it work... it didn't. The adjustable showerhead was too high to reach and their water pressure was lacking. The hotel was clean and didn't smell, the bed was comfortable. Would be fine for traveling, but if you are looking for a relaxing night alone, look elsewhere.
There was a person sleeping in the breakfast area from when we arrived at 4pm until when we checked out at 8am. How would the workers let this happen? I guess it’s a great place to stay if you are homeless.
The lady's went out of there way for me very nice and helpful the only down fall was there pool was not open due to covid 19 and that is no way there fault
When we checked in, our room was not cleaned up from last quest. They were going to give us another room but it had not been cleaned either. We waited approximately 30 minutes to get into a clean room.
Easy access, clean and quiet. I always sleep very well when stay here. Much more affordable than Holiday Inn Express next door. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the hotel while we visited my Grandma in Litchfield. We got in late and they greeted us with a smile and said we could use the pool with the boys, aged 2 and 5 (as long as we could keep the noise down), which was great after the 12 hour car ride. The pool was nice and warm and not over-chlorinated like the other place we usually stay at in town. It was probably the quietest and cleanest hotel we've stayed in for a long time. The hotel is only 3 years old and definitely looks new. Breakfast was good and there were only a couple of other families there both mornings. Definitely recommended!

We stay at that hotel often, with my attending Hillsdale. This trip was not pleasant. Could not sleep due to the noisy people at vending machine and getting on and off elevator. The fumes/smell woke us up from the heater, which ran all night. Usually never have any troubles w/staying there. Little dissappointed this time :(
I enjoyed the convenience with the mall and the food places. Despite having a racing event and nearest Citibank is more than 2 hours away, it never interupted my stay. I would gladly come again.
