This beautifully converted 16th century duplex apartment is located in the heart of Colchester City and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and historic sites.
The fabulous duplex apartment is spread across two floors and provides a spacious cozy living space.
Situated on the main thoroughfare to City Centre; 3 minute walk to Historic Colchester Castle and High Street.
Easy access to A12 and Constable Country in nearby Dedham. Aqua Springs Spa and swimming pool with Water Slides 5 mins drive.
2 Bedrooms with all linens provided: Top bedroom accessed via a spiral staircase is spacious with a double bed, plenty of storage including drawers and walk-in wardrobe. 1st Floor Bedroom is also spacious with 2x Single beds and a set of drawers.
The lounge/diner is very large with a dining table and seating for 5, with 2 comfy sofas (1 is a sofa bed) and a Smart TV.
Free WiFi throughout.
Full Kitchen with amenities including washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob complimentary tea and coffee on arrival.
Full Bathroom on top floor with both a shower & bath with toilet and sink, complemented by a 1st floor cloakroom with toilet and sink. All bath towels are included.

NOTE: Music is played in the bar below on Friday & Saturday Nights until approx 12 am. We are situated on the main hill to Colchester so some noise from buses etc is unavoidable.
