The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique waterfront space! Located right between the Coinjock Marina Restaurant and convenient Ship Store! 26 miles to the Outer Banks and 19 miles to the H2OBX water-park. Nearby boating, kayaking, wineries and golf courses!
The space
Walk up a couple steps to an outdoor front porch facing the Intracoastal waterway! Porch leads into a sun room to enjoy the sights of the waterway from the indoors! Sun room leads into a large living room with TV, Kitchen, Dining area, and additional lounging area. Outdoor back porch for grilling located off the kitchen/laundry room! King bedroom with TV and attached full bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room and a hall bathroom with shower/tub!
Guest access
Cottage sits on the intracoastal waterway. Guest has full access to home with the exception of the locked owners closets.
Other things to note
Wifi credentials are offered at check-in however the connection can be limited!
If you need accommodations for more then 6 guests there are additional cottages next door and hotel rooms within 5 minute drive and within view of the cottage on the other side of the intracoastal waterway. Total accommodations of 34 people.

If you will be bringing a pet please notify your host immediately upon booking for approval by stating both the breed and size. Dogs are the only pets allowed and the maximum amount of dogs per reservation is one. Due to close proximity to other guests no aggressive breeds are allowed on property. All dogs are to be kept on lead at all time when outside of the room. Dog owner is responsible for picking up all waste from their dog and disposing in the outside trash bins. 
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Start a load of towels if you would like - not a request! Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Delightful stay at Coinjock

What a truly delightful couple of days we had at Bowline Knot Coinjock! The house provided a warm ambiance, as if we were still at our daily home. The house was exceptionally tidy and well-maintained, organized, and provided all the necessities and comforts we could wish for, from kitchenware to clean towels & bedding. Our kids loved having so much room to spread out; my wife & I enjoyed catching the sunset from the nicely placed patio facing the waterway. Getting to the Outer Banks beaches was straightforward, and it was great to know there were so many other things to do around Coinjock too. The restaurant next door was a highlight with its delicious fish options and amazing wings. We're already looking forward to our next North Carolina escape here!
