Nice hotel, good location. Little things though, like the in room safe that didn't work, tv channels were not available and worst of all, a hotel driver hired to take us to the train station for an early morning train who didn't seem to know the way and didn't speak enough English to understand the instructions on GPS - took away from an otherwise positive experience.

Okay hotel in good location and with a wonderful onsite Chinese restaurant (Red Pearl: superb!). But the room was not super clean: sticky floor, smudged windows, needed a deep clean.

Wonderful stay!!

This review is from my wife but covers my opinion as well. Me and my wife Sita stayed for around 2 weeks at Vivanta Coimbatore in the last week of January and first week of February 2025. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It is in the best location and very well maintained. The staff is just so warm and friendly and helpful. I cant remember all their names but just want to mention Lily, Remitha, Arun, Ashley and Parthasarathy from the front desk. We needed a room with special assistance and Lily went all out to relocate us to this room. Mr.Arun very kindly provided us a high chair from bar for our comfort. The Latitude restaurant was exceptional in the matter of breakfast buffet as also the lunch, dinner and a la carte menu. Extremely attentive and helpful staff who immediately attended to our every need.Again dont remember all the names (all of you were nothinng short of excellent) but some we remember are Lily Kikon, Anandi, Vipin, Sunil, Darshan and Ranjith. The Jiva spa was excellent and ably handled by Aasif. The housekeeping team for our floor was just superb catering to our every need. Nathan and Runjhurani big thanks to you for your hard work. So also Prakash. What else can one say......Superb location, lovely hotel and absolutely amazing staff. More power to the Taj brand. You have done it proud!! Thank you. Will visit again.

Everything was perfect at Vivanta and I can highly recommend that hotel. I loved my spacious room decorated with beautiful colours (no grey, yay!!) , the view, the big swimming pool and the fabulous food. There is a stylish bar and the spa was also great. Staff was superb: efficient, professional, fast and kind.
