Amidst hills and vineyards, gîte with ‘Eco-friendly’ label in modern timber frame house built according to 'passivhaus' principles (very comfortable, extremely low energy consumption). Peaceful setting, the ideal place to rest and recharge batteries, wonderful views from the large windows South side. Ground floor (disabled access) : living room (kitchen/dining/lounge areas), shower room including WC, 1 bedroom (two 80 x 200cm beds or queen size bed). 1st floor : 3 bedrooms with a shared balcony for 2 of them (two 90 x 200cm beds or king size bed in each). Bathroom. Separate WC. RJ45 jacks + Ethernet port available. Bed linen & towels supplied without extra charge, cleaning service at the end of stay included in rent. Outdoors : covered terrace, garden furniture, large unfenced garden (table tennis, boules set). 3 extra guest rooms (B&B) on site, perfect for families/friends gatherings. If guests are interested, Ghislaine & Michel (owners) will have pleasure to suggest a tasting of their organic wines (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Viognier).
The vacation home features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a travel crib. Limited housekeeping is available.
