Loft extrêmement propre, spacieux, très joliment décoré avec goût.Le bien se situe dans une impasse au calme.Aucun problème pour le stationnement, il y a toujours de la place dans les rues adjacentes.Il y a même un parking à proximité.Il est très bien situé, proche du centre ville et à 200m du parc.Idéal pour une balade dans le parc sans à avoir le besoin de prendre la voiture.Hôte agréable et présent si besoin Loft à recommander Le prix de la location n’est pas du tout ecssessif.Il est même justifiée

Résidence idéalement situé proche de tout, resto ,centre ville ,décorée avec beaucoup de soins dans l’esprit de Cognac.Quentin notre hôte a été très réactif à nos messages. J’ai passé un agréable séjour entre amis . Je recommande vivement !!!
