Solitaire 1 is a spacious two bedroom apartment in central Sawtell, approximately 200 metres to the stunning Sawtell Beach. Holiday in comfort on the warm Sawtell Summer nights, Solitaire 1 has both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the main living area, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

A BBQ is also provided for your convenience and the internal laundry features with both a washing machine and clothes dryer. Completely ground level, this apartment is renowned for its top location - leave the car at home and walk to everything! Patrolled beaches, boutique shopping, gourmet restaurants, RSL club, golf course, bowling club are all just a short and level walk away.

Solitaire 1 comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests:
Main Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, walk in robe and ensuite with spa bath
Second Bedroom: 2 x single beds and ceiling fan

This is an old, tired, and dusty place that hasn’t had any maintenance in many many years. The window coverings are old (dusty & horrible) and one of the blinds in the main bedroom was completely missing which provided full view from the street and all night flood lights shining in from the RSL car park. The washing machine drum sounded like it would lift off, the dishwasher came up with a fault and there is no good lighting in any room. There are little nagging signs posted all over the apartment which make you feel like you’re doing something wrong and that you are just about to incur extra cleaning fees. This apartment is below standard, even for the price, and had a horrible, non-relaxed vibe to it. Sawtell is wonderful but this apartment came no where reaching expectations for somewhere easy, coastal and comfortable. (If you are going to stay here - bring toilet paper because they don’t offer to provide enough paper for the entirely of your stay)

Sawtell great coastal village and great locals.

Sawtell offers that laid back coastal village atmosphere with great locals, it has everything we look for when holidaying and it's only 10 mns to the bigger Coffs Harbour. Seamless booking and entry to apartment.

'Magical '

Spotlessly clean , magical ambiance , so quite , close too everything , shops ,cafes,theater ,beach ,RSL etc. The only thing missing was a better lounge seating ,single chairs ok, but definitely needs a 4 seater couch for relaxation when watching television at night , Thank you for a great stay hope too return again .
