On arrival to the property at 2pm check in time we had to wait for the cleaners to finish cleaning ,
Then for the plumber to fix the broken kitchen tap that was reported by cleaners,once we got inside we noticed the main bedroom king size bed was broken it was caved in that much that was impossible to sleep in,after that we found out that there was no hot water,so had to wait for electrician to come and sort that out,In the morning went to cook breakfast and cook top was not working also had error code flashing so the holidays turned into disaster spoke to Coffs Harbour agency who are in charge of the property they seem to not care.
