Good overnight stop motel with the family of 5, freindly service. Small pool and close to the beach and restaurants. Great value too, i have stayed at some other motels in coffs and this one was better for a good price.

The room was new looking & looks like it was recently renovated, the beds were really comfortable & the room was nice & clean. The lady who runs it was lovely & very accommodating with anything asked, would highly recommend.

i would give 3.5 to 4 out of 5 Great place to stay but hard to find a parking spot sometime. Secondly, room service were little poor as our body wash stayed empty for our entire stay. i did not raise this to reception as i had no time during 9pm to 5 pm

Booked this place because of the reviews and overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds were super comfy and receptionist that called me was very polite and lovely to deal with. We stayed the weekend of the Aussie PH for 3 nights, we were only at the hotel to sleep. It was cleaned daily with new towels. Close to the shops, good aircon unit and spacious for the cost. Only downfall was coming back late on our last night and having the car park full. Not sure if there was enough spaces for 1 vehicle per room but if so I recommend marking and having allocated car park spaces. We ended up parking our Ute on the roadside and came back to Brisbane to find one of the locks damaged in my husbands toolbox after parking it on the road. This was the only downfall but overall I do recommend the hotel, just please allocate the parking spaces if possible.

I don't think this should be called a Best Western, especially at the $300 price, it's a brick motor inn. Staff were helpful, they brought us towels at 9pm because there were none in the room. The staff were good, the room was not.
