Very clean and comfortable. However, the lock business to get into our room was terrible. It was extremely difficult to read the numbers on the lock. I was too short and couldn't even see the numbers. My husband did it and he had a lot of trouble getting the numbers to turn. We were supposed to get a key but we never got one, so we continued to use the code to get into our room.

Everything was great. We checked in late and left early, but this was accommodated by the venue. The only issue was the hot water took ages to come on, and even though they have signs up saying it will take a while, I wasn't prepared for the actual time it took. This would be my only greivence, as everything else was amazing. And when the water did come on it was fine, and they have the removable nozzles, so that was even better.
