over all our experience was good friendly staff rooms clean beds comfortable

Had a musty smell. Not too much. Got used to it fast. Clean room. Friendly Service.

Great staff who helped us find a piano to practice for the next days performance. The layout is very convenient for dogs. HUGE yard for pets to run around and enjoy. Very comfortable bed and you can even open the window a tich to allow some fresh mountain air.

Hotel was a great value very clean nice on the water location. The only complaint was the hot tub was luke warm some of the weekly stay guest said the hot tub has been like that for months.

The shower curtain was stained and looked very unhygienic. The toilet leaked around the base so the bathroom floor was always wet. I left a note for the maid so that this will hopefully be fixed. Also, we had requested a room with a view of the river and we were given a basement room so we could barely see it. Yet the hotel was almost empty and there were lots of empty rooms on higher floors.

They called in a storm just for me. Made me arrive at 2:22 am? Got me stuck about five times on city roads? I couldn't pull up to the pumps until five tries later and she had the nerve to ask if I was stuck????

It was clean and smelled ok, no bedbugs!! The staff was kind and helpful:)

The hotel is a bit old and dated and I wasn't crazy about the indoor pool but thry have an amazing private beach were you can rent paddleboards and boats. Worth the stay.

Nice pool and jacuzzi. On the lake with private beach and boat docks. Carpet in hallways was very worn out. The luggage carts were falling apart. We found clothes from the previous guests still in the room tucked under the bed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was good for the location and room. We would stay here again.

The wing of rooms we stayed in were terribly outdated, the hallway areas were filthy and smelled terrible. We were awake all night due to other noisy guess who had rooms on either side of us and continued all night long to walk back and forth, cell phones were ringing in the hallway, people were knocking on doors, talking loudly in the halls, it was constant noise. We called management twice to send security over as we started to feel somewhat unsafe, the clerk at the desk questioned us as to why we would feel unsafe! There were people standing in frount of our door most of tbe night! It was a very terrible experience and we will never stay there again. For the price it was a huge disappointment as we got no sleep and left as early as we could get away. This used to be one of the areas nicer hotels but has gone drastically down hill. The destination clerk treated us as if we were the ones causing trouble.

I've been to better Red Lion hotels before. this is the first Red Lion Hotel that I've been to that hasn't giving free breakfast. also their tv service only has like 30 channels. you couldn't even use the TV menu to see your options you had to go through them one by one. I've been to better Red Lion Hotel where they had a lot more channels at least 80. the beds weren't that comfortable either. I've been to Red Lion hotels that are very soft and comfortable. But I just stayed talking and turning most of the night. the staff was really nice which is what made it kind of pleasant. the hallways word end with the lights so it seems kind of creepy. I'm also not going to say it was bad and a place that I wouldn't recommend. Because driving up there was pretty. And it is next to a river. But being that I have trusted Red Lion to have very good quality services and a much better. it's understandable that I would be disappointed. compared to all the other facilities in that Community this hotel has the higher ratings so I'm sure I could have found a lesser Quality Hotel

I had a long weekend stay at Templins. It is a resort hotel located on the Spokane River just upstream from the falls that give the community its name. This being the off season I got a very nice rate on the room. That included a breakfast buffet in a full service dining room. I had joined friends who also travelled to Post Falls so we enjoyed Mallards as a place to gather for dinner and drinks. The room was comfortable and well tended. I had no complaints.

Both the premises and the room are dated and could use some paint and minor maintenance. On the other hand the room was clean and the staff members were courteous and efficient. Overall an average experience.

Beautiful location great view of the river, nice place for boaters, easy access for swimmers. Hotel needs to be refreshed, as in new carpet, etc, it isn't dirty but feels dingy in the hallways etc. I don't care for plastic glasses and would suggest providing real glasses in the rooms.

For the price of the room you get everything you would in Coeur d'Alene for half the price. The location is excellent with everything within walking distance. The carpet in the room needed cleaning, but the comfort level of the bed and high quality workout facility more than made up for it. The hotel was quiet and dog friendly. You cannot beat it for the price.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, the entrance to our building (entrance 2) and the elevator were very shabby and made a poor first impression.

This hotel is in a great location. Easy travel to either Spokane or Couer D'Alene. The staff is very friendly. We would stay here again.

We were constantly greeted with friendly staff. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. We were able to be upgraded to a room with a view for only $10 more. What a bargain. LOVE this hotel.

You want a room on the riverside on the second or third floor. Also, every room has an interior and exterior door. So if you are not on the riverside it feels more like a motel. If you are on the riverside you have a balcony to enjoy the mountains and river.

Person at front desk was rude, they said rooms are non smoking but smelled bad, very noisy all night kids running in the halls
