All good. We had a great time staying for 3 nights.

A tad run down and the carpet was dirty. The plug by the sink for the blow dryer did not work. The staff was really nice though but the spa felt like it was full of sand and dirty.

The entrance was very hard to find. They had a sign, but it was very tiny. Only one way to get in and out of the parking lot. The elevator was very small also. Not the nicest hotel, but it was okay. Also, it was hard to get breakfast as it was so crowded I the breakfast room. Felt like a sardine in there. The hotel could use some updating a little, but it was worth the price we paid.

Clean and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in shower

It was well maintained and clean. Friendly, helpful staff!

This hotel is very old and run down. We have stayed at a Ramada hotel before, so we had higher expectations of this hotel. When we arrived, the woman at the front desk didn't greet us, just asked for last name. They gave us the wrong room, which at first the front desk lady kept saying that that what was in her computer, until I showed her my confirmation email. Once we were in the correct room we felt very uncomfortable....the bathroom had hair all over the ground and the tub . The tub was clogged so the water slowly went down the drain. The beds were hard and pillows uncomfortable. There was a big stain on the chair next to our bed...the walls are paper thin, could hear doors slamming and people walking at all hours of the night . The smell of breakfast was musky through out the building the next morning, but the breakfast was decent. The TV in our room was old, barely had any channels, didn't have half the channels that were listed in the rooms book. The wifi didn't work either. I do want to point out that other than the front desk lady, the two other gentleman that we interacted with were very friendly. However, my family and I were very uncomfortable in this hotel that we literally looked for other hotels to stay at for our second night, we really considered just checking out a day early. But, the rates were ridiculously high elsewhere so we sucked it up and stayed . I would not recommend staying here at all.

It was nice i would recommend it and would stay there again

Staff are nice enough but never follow through. Shower drain was backing up, told the front desk before leaving for the day. Come back late in the evening, whole family needed to shower and drain hadn't been touched. Went to front desk, all other rooms booked and they weren't going to call emergency maintenance. Went to my car and grabbed a pick and some rubber gloves and cleared all the clogged hair and soap myself on my vacation. Told them the next morning not to bother, maintenance guy was there and lied to my face that the drain was fine the day before but he would check it again. Told him not to bother, I already took care of it. Insisted he would check it anyways. Worthless, infuriating and insulting to feign concern at that point. Checked out 2 days ago and still dealing with them as they overcharged my card because a desk clerk checked me into the wrong room and told me she would change it and I guess they just decided I would be cool with paying more without mentioning it.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean but very dated. The pool had plaster issues visible through the window and was not inviting. The breakfast was a disappointment. The orange juice was some form of orange punch, the scrambled eggs were the worst powder mix I have tasted to date and my son said the sausage was watery not dense. I expected higher quality.

Rooms are fairly clean for the price. The rest of the property can use some cleaning.

Needs updating. The breakfast was ok but a little on the spartan side.
