Good experience for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable, clean room, and breakfast had good options. Deanna, the lady in the breakfast area was great! Super friendly, was keeping eating and serving area spot less. Check out was smooth Windy was friendly and asked about our stay.

People were great front desk was great entering the property it took me four different tries to find the entrance but what made up for it was the front desk people were awesome
The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The room on the other hand was not so nice. It was filthy, blood on the wall by the toilet and pink mold in every crack and crevice in the bathtub. Dog hair in the fridge and the comforters on the beds had stains on them.
The room was big and the Bathroom was small. I like that. The room needs to have the most room
The property is getting old. The breakfast option was so bad I didn’t bother. My main problem was I was bringing my son who is currently in a wheelchair. The doors did not have an automatic door opening option. Very hard to get in holding a door and pushing a wheelchair. I paid $200. I will stay someplace newer next time.

It was a littls dingy
The property needs refurbishing, the tub/shower was not clean and did not drain properly. A staff member did unclog the drain but the shower curtain was dirty and there was still hair on the walls of shower.
Staff was helpful and friendly, pool and hot tub were great. It was our last day of a very long road trip and the first hot tub that had even been open on that entire trip, so that was a bonus. The only complaints I do have is there were only one layer of curtains on window and they were impossible to close completely. Which wouldn’t have bothered me except we were directly behind a light on the entry way. And trying to close the middle gap would just open the back. Second, when the room above us flushed or showered it was so loud. It sounded like the water was running down our walls. Otherwise, the place was a nice stay and a great deal.
This place was an absolute disaster. First thing I noticed when I pulled up was how dirty the outside building was. When we entered our room, the smell was horrible. It was as if they had water damage and the mold left a smell behind. I asked if there was another room available because the smell was so bad and she told me they were booked. The bathroom smelt like strong bleach and the drain was not working. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need some new maintenance and to do some remolding.
