This quintessential beach bungalow is ideally situated near Sanders Beach & all that downtown Coeur D’Alene has to offer! Just blocks from eateries and bars and walking distance to Sander Beach, a less crowded public access beach.
Excellent setting and private back yard oasis, BBQ area.

The Space:

This is a 1920s home that has recently been remodeled

You will enjoy the refurbished hardwood floors, quaint bedrooms and an updated kitchen! Summertime enjoy the backyard under the pergola while barbecuing with your family!

This home is within walking distance to several restaurants or a short bike ride to downtown CDA.

Walk down to Sanders beach or take a hike around Tubbs Hill leaving from the front door

There are two parking spots on the street in front of the home and one parking spot behind the home in the alley which is safe for parking

Sanders beach is a very desirable area of Coeur d’Alene

1920s homes that have been redone and are beautiful to walk around and look at

Short walking distance to downtown Coeur d’Alene and all the activities and amenities the tourist town has to offer

Definitely a great walking community

Feel free to ask any questions before you arrive

Since this is a 1920s home and I chose to have king-size beds for extra room the doors are snug just an FYI, Be sure to check out the pictures

The location of the rental was the best. It is in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in CDA. We lived in North Idaho, so we are very familiar with the area. The house itself is darling and is decorated nicely. Comfortable living space and kitchen with great selection of coffee!Although the rental had a washer and dryer on site, they were down in the basement accessed by very steep stairs with no hand railing. We opted to do our laundry elsewhere, which was a little inconvenient.

Amazing vacation rental!!

Perfect spot to stay at with your family/friends!. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house, comfy beds and has all the things you'll need for your trip. Property management was very accommodating with my reservation. We really enjoyed our stay.
