Excellent location with open mountain view, secluded in nature. The room is good, bathroom is old, not very clean and small. The lady-owner has great pleasing personality and manners. The breakfast is a brown-bag-to-go and it had a sweet donut type pastry, apple or orange juice can, a fruit like apple or banana and a bottle of water. In walking distance towards Cody has a gas station and we found gas much cheaper there and they keep little grocery and some food. Ask the lady-owner about the list of the resturants nearby though they are pricey. If you can drive to Cody which is 1/2 hr drive, they have big selection and better price. Also Yellowstone's East Entrance is 1/2 hr drive from the property and Yellowstone is a huge place to drive. So, I would suggest if you go to Yellowstone, please estimate how much time it would take to drive to different activities and sightseeing from this property before you book this.

Very friendly owner. Very Clean Rooms. The location is near east entrance of Yellowstone. When it said Rv park don’t let that change your mind. It is not your typical RV park. It is more of a motel. Great little place stay.

Great staff, clean place. Wifi was slow at night when everyone using at once.

middle of nowhere. about 1/2 hour drive to next city for food

Very clean, great location for a visit to Yellowstone

nice and quiet in good location for stay outside YNP

Hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere and a bit inconvenient if you planned on going to stores or restaurants. Room is small so are beds. I am 6'3 and my feet are extended in the air on a double bed. Wifi is virtually not usable in rooms. You'll have to go to the office to get good signal.

This is a very good place to stay, the staff is very friendly, the cleanness is excellent.

Good hotel and good staff. Wi-Fi connection was bad. Thanks.

The cabin we stayed in was perfect for our family of six. The room contained one queen bed and two sets of bunkbeds. The room was furnished with a small refrigerator and a table with six chairs. The room also had an old CRT TV inside that we didn't bother turning on. The bathroom contained a sink and tub. The one thing I thought was unique what is the antler light fixture in the room. The queen bed was comfortable it had a nice soft firmness none of that bouncy taco mattress stuff. The only thing I would have different what is half of the floors cleaner. I did not appreciate walking barefoot with tiny rocks and sand on the carpet and tile in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was simple with two types of cereal, donuts, fresh fruit and hard-boiled eggs. Overall, I think this was a good place.

The room was small but clean. The bed was about 8 inches away from the wall on one side and only one night stand. The was no clock in the room so we never knew what time it was during the night. We gauged our morning wake up time by when the shower from a neighboring room went on since the shower running could be heard every morning usually between 6-7 am. We felt very uncomfortable every time we went to the ice machine in the office. Most people seemed to stay one night so they checked in later in the evening and were out first thing in the morning and the one bucket of ice per room was reasonable. We stayed 4 nights so we got a bucket (size supplied by motel) of ice first thing each morning for use throughout the day and another bucket in the evening when we came back to the room. Two mornings we also but ice in our two pint size water bottles since we would be hiking. We didn't feel this to be unreasonable and there was always plenty of ice but could tell the staff did not like it. We were also told we could not cook in the room but we could eat in the room. We thought this strange. What hotel/motel would not allow you to eat in your room?

Not impressed with the owners they seemed burned out with their work ...motel is for sale ....for the price there was no coffee maker no hair dryer no micro wave or fridge very stricked rules.not a happy place ,but very clean.but very bare in creature comfort.

Booked this as onoy one with opening this fl9se to yellowstone. Plain...nothing fancy. Lots of rules and threat of monatary fine if break. Walls paper thin so if u want quiet night rest not the place for it

We were looking for a spot to visit both Cody Wy and the East entrance of Yellowstone. This did fit the bill but lack amenities such as coffee in the rooms (for early departures). Complmentary coffee was available from a food cart from 7am - Food was available from places about 4 miles away in either direction. The rooms were spartan but very clean.
