Inside, the look is bright, colorful, and uncomplicated - the kind of space that lets you shake off the day's sand and sunscreen without fuss. Settle into the sofa for an afternoon recharge, queue something up on the TV, or post up at the dedicated workspace if you need to check in with the outside world. A private entrance means you come and go on your own schedule.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom centers around a queen-size bed, and you'll find bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets ready to go. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, plus hangers and clothing storage to help you settle in properly.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating - stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and the cooking basics and dishware to put together anything from a quick breakfast to a fresh catch dinner. If you'd rather not cook, you're within a mile of several Cocoa Beach restaurants.



Bathroom

The bathroom is set up with a bathtub, hot water, and the everyday essentials - shampoo, body soap, and towels - so you can rinse off the beach day in comfort.



Location & outdoor space

Beach access sits about a minute's walk from the door, easy whether you're hauling a beach chair or a surfboard. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk away, and the well-known Ron Jon Surf Shop is under a mile out. Back at the apartment, a patio or balcony and backyard give you a spot to unwind, and beach essentials like towels, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear are on hand for your next trip to the sand. Free parking on the premises (plus free street parking) and self check-in with a keypad make arrival simple, while air conditioning, heating, wifi, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms cover the basics.

The Neighborhood:

Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally such as the beach, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) You are very close to the A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)



Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
