Our home is the perfect vacation spot, featuring a tiki bar, pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and a private fishing dock. You will love the picturesque views and endless opportunities for outdoor activities. You can even bring the boat and take a sunset cruise right from the backyard or spend a day on the river tubing and water skiing!
The Space:
Our stunning waterfront home boasts a spacious living area with plenty of natural light and comfortable furnishings. The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals, with a dining area perfect for enjoying them. The large living room and giant, comfy sofa creates room for everyone to relax. The highlight of our home is undoubtedly the outdoor space, with a large pool and tiki bar perfect for entertaining, as well as kayaks and paddle boards to explore the beautiful waterways. Our private fishing dock is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or catch a rocket launch. The pool is perfect to relax by after a long day of sightseeing or playing on the beach.

Beautiful house near the beach
Stayed here with my friends for a week and absolutely love this place. We would definitely stay here again. The dock and pool were awesome, it's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the owner was super responsive with questions.

Amazing stay
We had a wonderful time. We were able to see dolphins in the canal a couple of times which was so exciting. There are kayaks and a paddle board. We didn’t brave it because there wasn’t a ladder back up to the dock but I’m sure it’s doable. The house was great, tons of room and very comfortable. Great location in the middle of all kinds of great restaurants and just down the road from a park/public beach which was wonderful.

Fantastic Home
The Basics - communication was accurate and timely, very easy to get in, home was clean and well appointed, location is convenient to attractions (but very quiet), price was very reasonable. The Extras - The outdoor tiki bar, dock, outdoor shower, paddleboards/kayaks, hammock, pool, etc were incredible. We had a manatee come visit the dock for a bit - very cool.Would absolutely recommend and plan to stay here again.

The property was very accommodating for our time together. The patio and tiki bar was a great place to visit saw manatees and dolphins swim right past the dock and had a spectacular view of the rocket launch Sunday night. The patio slider door sure could use new rollers and beds could use replacing. The king bed was great

Great Vacation Location
We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The backyard is a tropical getaway in its self. We were very excited to be able to view the rocket launches from our very own tiki bar. The property is in close proximity to all of the major restaurants and shops. The property management company was very responsive and was truly a pleasure to deal with.

Exactly what you want out of a vacation rental!
We had the best time at this rental! Check-in/ Check-out was smooth and easy and the home was spotless. They included a guest book with nearby restaurant recommendations, and activities near us. The kitchen had updated appliances, and plenty of plateware/ cookware. We took the kayak and paddleboards out to watch the sunset and it felt like we were in a picturesque movie. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. 10/10 !!
