Access to 1/2 of two-car garage for provided beach and recreational equipment storage (beach cruiser bicycles, golf clubs, surf boards, boogie boards, beach cart, beach chairs/umbrellas, coolers). A large assortment of dining and entertainment is available just a short walk from the building in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Access to the unit is provided to guests after confirmation via electronic entry key code.

This unit requires a 30 day minimum stay. Small dogs under 20 lbs are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit is required. A $300 cleaning fee, as well as applicable Federal, State, and Local Taxes are added at checkout.
