Access to 1/2 of two-car garage for provided beach and recreational equipment storage (beach cruiser bicycles, golf clubs, surf boards, boogie boards, beach cart, beach chairs/umbrellas, coolers). A large assortment of dining and entertainment is available just a short walk from the building in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Access to the unit is provided to guests after confirmation via electronic entry key code. Other things to note This unit requires a 30 day minimum stay. Small dogs under 20 lbs are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit is required. A $300 cleaning fee, as well as applicable Federal, State, and Local Taxes are added at checkout.
