Located in the quiet south end of Cocoa Beach with no public parking. Enjoy the beach from your back yard with a large community deck. Coin laundry down the hall from unit. NO PETS ALLOWED (condo association policy). Fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. 30 day minimum rental required

This property is truly excellent! I stayed here for an extended amount of time and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, an amazing amount of storage, perfect beach access, and the host couldn’t be better. I recommend it for a beach weekend or a month-long retreat.
