Room was a little dirty, toilet leaked water in the floor the entire stay, and we found 2 different lizards int he room. but for the price I would stay there again. It wasn't nothing that scared me away. My wife on the other hand Hated it for those same reasons.

This is an older property. You are very close to the Ocean, A/C works great. Office only open 10am - 5 pm. The staff is friendly but sometimes hard to find. No pool. Sitting and lounging area.

Cute little motel right on the beach. Don't let the outside run you away. This is very clean and on the beach at an amazing price. The room was very clean plenty of space with a king bed, little table for 2 tv and dresser a small sofa, a fridge and microwave. Staff is very helpful. Outside shower and foot wash for when you come off the beach as well as umbrellas and chairs if you want to take them down and bring them back when finished. Nice outside sitting area with sun shade perfect for hanging out and relaxing.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel with a great view of the rocket launch. Room was comfortable and clean, great access to good restaurants. Really enjoyed squid lips recommended to us by the owner. AC worked great, good water pressure in the shower,would come back here again!

Quiet, quaint, clean.

Quaint, "old Florida"-type place. Right on the beach, with tons of places to sit and watch the surf, sand, flora. Room very clean with all we needed. Bear in mind, if you're staying here before a cruise, there is little nearby besides a Mexican restaurant a half-mile walk down the road. No nearby grocery, drugstore, etc. A vending machine would have been very welcome since we arrived very late from the airport and had no food! The office is only open limited hours during the day so you access the room via a coded lock. It was a $25 Uber ride to the cruise port.

We go to Cocoa a lot and we always stay at Anthony’s. we always reserve the same space and we always enjoy ourselves. The staff is great, right from check all the way to Checkout. They always check on their guests to see if they need anything and they treat everyone like family. They always have stuff for guest to borrow while there and during this visit we dropped off some beach chairs and a ton of kids beach toys for other guest to be able to enjoy them. Thank you for a greta place to stay, we will be back soon.

Cute nostalgic hotel, so typucal of old Florida but with some modern updates. Barhroom was small but was updated with a big walkin shower which we loved. It was quiet, there was a great hangout area facing the ocean with tables a grill and beach chairs. They even provided boogie boards and beach towels. Its not bougie so if thats your thing its not for you but if you live rhe old Florida vibe its a good little place to stay. My only issue was recieving a text with instructions to get in the keyless room while i was driving down. I did not see it because I was driving and not checking messages. A call would gsve been better but its no big deal, some of us are tied to our phones but some of us are not. Checkout instructions came in after we had left as well. All in all, I would stay again.

I arrived and could not access the room. The keyless entry did not work. Another guest stated they had to find someone to show them how to use the lockbox. I called to get assistance and a woman answered and gave me the lockbox code. That code also did not work. I called again and was told to ask ANOTHER GUEST!!! She said she was in another city and "it is easy". I couldn't find a guest. I called again and she said the same thing. I had been traveling for hours and was tired and faint. I made another reservation and left. They are unprofessional, lack customer service and pose a safety risk to their guests. To have gain entry to your room by finding a stranger is CRAZY!!! I WILL NEVER BOOK THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!
