You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

1 block to the beach, awesome!

1 block to the beach and close to everything. Our 4BR/2BA house has a fully fenced backyard with sunshine, shade and a 5 person hot tub.

Our home has 3 king beds and one queen bed. There are 2 spacious living areas each with 55 inch Roku TVs and large sectionals with queen pullout beds.

The house can be split into two separate 2BR/1BA units by closing a hallway door. Each side has a separate kitchen.

We’re fully stocked with everything you need to vacation in sunny Cocoa Beach.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
