Designed with both short and extended stays in mind, the home offers everything you need to feel right at home. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essential cookware, dishes, and appliances. The laundry room adds extra convenience, making it easy to pack light and keep everyone comfortable throughout your stay. Whether you`re celebrating a special occasion, hosting a family reunion, or simply escaping the city for a relaxing vacation, this home provides the perfect balance of space, comfort, and privacy.

- 6 bedrooms: All queen beds with window/portable ACs. 5 bedrooms on second floor and 1 bedroom on the main floor.

- 3.5 baths: 2 full bathrooms on the second floor and 1.5 bath on the main floor.

- Backyard: Fully fenced with private pool (not heated), BBQ(Propane), fire pit (Propane), and patio seating.

- Heating is central while Air conditioning in all 6 bedrooms only.


Guests will have access to the entire house.
Basement is unfinished, and is not for guest`s access.

- No smoking in the house. If house rule is violated, there`s a $300.00 de-smoking fee.

- Strictly no parties and events.

- No loud music is allowed in the backyard anytime.

- No unauthorized guests allowed.

- Pets only allowed if included in the reservation. No pets on any furniture. (beds, sofa, etc.)
