"We had 2 rooms with kitchenette. The rooms had a musty smell to them. Had to go out and buy scented plug ins for the them. Although it says a no smoking facility, there were people smoking and cigarette butts around area. I know it’s hard to control this but it is really gross when you’re expecting the place to be smoke free. Walls are very very thin. Was woken up to little kids screaming and running every morning. One of rooms did not have a bathroom fan and the other didnt have any shelving or racks for towels in the bathroom. One room was freshened up everyday as the other was not. And both rooms had the make up room tag flipped. Great location to beach. A bit far from downtown. The hotel itself can use some updating but overall it was fine for a beach town with 8 people in our party. The two guys who work the front desk were wonderful !"

"The apartment was spotless when we arrived. There are 3 other rentals in the building but we rarely heard anyone else and it was great to be able to have our dog with us. We love that it’s only a block in from the ocean and that it’s on the edge of the salt marsh. There are a couple of great restaurants within walking distance, less than half a mile away. If you love bird-watching, this is the perfect place. Bring binoculars so you can get close-up looks of egrets, herons and all the other marsh birds. You can stand in the kitchen and see them! The new deck wasn’t quite finished during our stay but it will be fantastic when it is. One very minor improvement that could be made is to have a small nightstand on the right side of the bed, just something to rest your phone or glasses on and a place to charge your phone on that side of the bed. Otherwise, perfect!"

"Comfortable, airy, uncluttered cottage. Well appointed. No less than 3 eating places within a 5 minute walk in the neighborhood. Quiet all around.Best beach access is by a sandy path a block down from the cottage. There’s a bench mid-path on which to pause enjoy the pines, birds and dunes before reaching the expansive beach of Pine Point. Three mile beach walk from there to OOB Pier.Hostess impeccable. Prompt response to any question, happy to help and share this property. Would definitely go back.If you’re looking for a getaway where you can notch down, book it!Thanks Elizabeth!"
