String lights. Per HOA rules and regulations string lights must be off by 12 pm. These are on a timer. They go ON around sunset and turn OFF 10 P.M everyday.
We charge $100 pet fee.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard. Change of towels is available on request.

Excellent Family Friendly Rental

We so enjoyed our 4 night stay at Family Fun by the Vineyard. The owner has done a fabulous job of creating family friendly spaces with so much to do on the property. We enjoyed backyard soccer, the pool table, ping pong, poker, video games in the basement, the fire table out front overlooking the winery. The beds are also very comfortable which can sometimes be an issue (we rent a LOT on VRBO. You are right off the main road, but I knew that going in. Pro of that is easy convenience to all of the local attractions (like the North Georgia Zoo which we thoroughly enjoyed!). We walked up the hill to the vineyard next door one evening for happy hour which was a beautiful view and very relaxing. Overall I highly recommend this home!
