Some of the equipment didn't operate properly

Kitchen needs a few more items. Game show didn't operate properly. (And we had IT people in our family) Laser room wasn't working properly. Outdoor speakers didn't function properly. We used our Bluetooth speakers. One washing machine wasn't functioning late in our stay (contacted prop. manager) Grill, 3 burners wouldn't light without a lighter. Water pressure from War Room shower would stop. Happened once. Storage in some bedrooms could be improved. So games could be more accessible. Larger trash cans or more needed. Flies were bad on the patio by the pool. We were a clean tennants as well.

Pacheco Reunion 2019

The home provided exactly what we needed! It was a great time for us all. The only thing I would comment on is to add pictures to your book of instructions -- we stumbled a bit with the karaoke setup, but figured it out. P.S. You should know that there are cards missing from the escape room.

My husband and I rented this as a Christmas gift for the entire family. Ages ranged from 6-70. There were 29 of us and EVERYONE loved it!! Beautiful, well kept venue. Just a bit odd that you have to go buy toilet paper and garbage bags if you run out. Seems like they would supply enough for the rented time for a place that holds 45. Everything else is absolutely amazing!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was amazing and the time flew by so quickly! We were completely entertained the whole time and we had ages 10 weeks to 75 years! The family games were the best because we could all play together! We would love to do this trip again in the future. Every room is an adventure and the outside pool and living area is so relaxing! I don't think anything else like this exists in the world......From the moment we first arrived, we were in board game wonderland...Loved the fast waterslide, lazy river, movie theater, human bowling , human foosball, laser maze, giant word search ...and quiet time in the kyaks or hanging out by the firepit Met the super nice owner Place was very clean Will be back for sure

Fun place for a company trip.

We had our company trip there. So much to do for adults, teenagers & toddlers. The only downfall was the oven was very dirty so when the Caterer cooked breakfast on our last full day there it smoked up the whole house. We had to open all the doors to get smoke out. The prior days we had it catered they brought the food in already made & just had to set it up. That was the only hiccup to our trip.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. Wish we had more time. The human foosball was a trip! And our family really love the soccer billiards. Totally love the casino room and the escape rooms. So perfect. Would recommend for any family.

Fantastic place and very well done!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the Great Escape Lakeside. It was our first visit and we hope to return, but need to stay longer to take advantage of all of the great games and fun. Our weather was unseasonably cool so we couldn't enjoy the pool and outdoor activities as much as we wanted, but it didn't matter... We were thoroughly entertained with all of the activities inside. We especially enjoyed the upstairs game room with karaoke and the Family Feud game. Our concierge Ginger was most hospitable and did a good job with her orientation, grocery shopping in advance and helping us understand the electronics. We highly recommend this house of fun and adventure for families with children of all ages. Thank you Andrew Greenstein for providing our family with such a wonderful Florida vacation!
