This property is not worth the money they take for the stay. Room and washroom we're not clean and it was stinking outside too. This property needs a lot of attention. Not at all worth staying here. Would never recommend.

Diana was very welcoming, and made us feel so welcome. The property could do with some updating, but was clean and warm. Loved the walk along the river, and seeing Toni catching some of the local salmon.

Once on site the greeting was amazing just like your own family, could not ask for a better opening. The room was perfect for two adults with everything you need fridge, stove tops, microwave, toaster and all the utensils. Room was very comfortable. clean, but they are renovating so be patient. Would recommend in a flash and if need be would go back again. Keep up the good work and a great smile.

The property was taken over by new owners 3 months ago and they have done a huge amount of work on it. Though old, everything was well kept and meticulously clean. The amenities (toiletries etc) provided were over and above the usual offered. The property itself is on the edge of the river and is lovely. I only met the lady owner, but she was very friendly, considerate and accommodating, even offering me free organic apples from an Apple tree on the property. I would definitely stay here again and am recommending it to all my friends.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. Diana, was warm, welcoming, and made check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The property has a peaceful riverside setting, perfect for relaxing after a day of driving. Would happily recommend this place to anyone passing through Little Fort.

New owners go out of their way to make you happy. Hotel is a bit north of the tiny town. Not much for dining in the area, but that is expected. Owners doing a great job in improvements and upgrades. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Owners of the property were great, very friendly and communicative. Easy check in, room was very clean (almost too clean, the only downside was a stronger cleaner smell on arrival which did go away after an hour or two). We had a great sleep and couldn't even hear the road from room 5. We had our dog with us and there was lots of grass for walking about. We would absolutely stay again! Thanks so much :)

This is an unique old school motel. It is very clean and comfy. Diana, an owner, welcomed us. We had an issue with our TV which was quickly taken care of.

The location is beautiful, the river is right behind the motel. The bed was comfortable with decent kitchenette. However, the window facing the river had a blind that wouldn't lower, it was horribly bright. I have never stayed in a hotel/motel that didn't have window coverings. It made for a bad sleep. Also, there was a coffee machine, but no coffee cups, just tea cups.
That's as low as the bind went.

They charged me $100.00 for a damage deposit for one night. I left the room clean as I got it. I paid in full prior to arrival. they said they would put a "hold" on my card and take it off after checkout. d Did they take my $100.00? My bank statement says they did.
