Reception was friendly and efficient. Older building that is kept in good repair. Air Conditioner was on high and room was very frigid when we first arrived. It was a hot day but was uncomfortable for the first 1/2 hour. Good location with nearby amenities.

Sink would not empty, fridge didn't work. heat/fan didn't work, dirty bathroom, not enough towels/facecloths, noisy. The only positive was the front desk attendant was kind and generous!

Conveniently located. Quiet area. The sink didn't drain properly and the refrigerator interior smelled like sour milk.When brought to the attention of evening staff they just said thanks. Morning staff on the other hand was very apologetic and said we should have been offered a different room.

The location is great, right across from the Clearwater Info Center and the road leading into Wells Gray Park. The hotel was quiet, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable with newer bedding.
