Great VRBO, house was in good shape and the hot tub was impeccably clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Didn’t love signing an outside contract with their rental company and the strictness of guest count detracted from the experience but overall a very nice stay and location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is that the interior temperature of the home was way to cold and as a renter, you should be allowed to adjust the temperature warmer. You cannot as the thermostat has been locked out towards the guests. We all wore our jackets inside. When its 102deg outside, you can't expect the A.C to be comfortable with it being set and locked out at 72 deg. It will run forever in trying to keep up making the ambient temp much cooler. Upstairs room was also locked out with it being way to hot! Allowing people to adjust the temp would make for a much more enjoyable stay! 😊
