Great Place!

Stayed here for a a couple nights recently for a quick fun trip for my 8 year old daughters birthday. Perfect place for our family of 4. Good location. Hot tub was interesting having it sort of indoors slightly. Kids loved it though and was nice to have the window that opened into the living room. Would be pretty awesome in the winter months. Very clean and tidy. Welcome snacks and wine bottle was a nice touch. We had not shared that our kids were celiac but they still provided gluten free snack options as the welcome gift. This is thoughtful and just good planning for any type of family. Good utensils, cookware, and overall items for the kitchen that made cooking easy. Nice touches in the bathroom with extra TP and menstrual care products. Overall a good stay and somewhere I would return.

Beautiful Cozy Home

This was our second stay. We love this home away from home. It’s very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Amazing jacuzzi and a gorgeous view! We will be back!

Beautiful Home in Peaceful Location

We had such a great time here! It was peaceful and relaxing. We loved the hot tub on the enclosed porch! It's very quiet and relaxing which was exactly what we needed. Will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect for Our Family

We were looking for a quick get-away in the snow for our three granddaughters. This spot was perfect. The girls loved the upstairs loft with the bean bags and they adored the little "hideaway" spot off of the stairway. The hot tub was a hit, especially after playing in the snow and sledding all day (all of which are close to the house). The kitchen had everything you would need and even then some. We will be back!

Cozy Little Suncadia Getaway

We stayed here for a girl's weekend (moms and daughters) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is perfect and within walking distance of the main lodge. The home itself is very much what you'd expect for a tasteful mountain getaway. The hot tub is an added bonus that we enjoyed every day. I would definitely stay here again!

Fun Stay in Fun Area

This area is perfect for those that want to hit the trail, whether bike or walk. So many fun things to do with the kids. This home was perfect for our family and was super comfortable. In reality it was almost too nice for us :) Great stay will be back.

Suncadia getaway

The house was great. We weren't there long enough to really cook, but the kitchen looked to be very well stocked. They even had k-cups and little creamers. Everything was very clean and beautiful. This place is definitely saved as a favorite.

Great house, better host

Perfect weekend getaway spot with easy access to all the amenities of Suncadia. The hosts thought of all the little things that make a stay more comfortable and the whole process was incredibly simple. No chores to do on exit, just lock up and leave, the take care of the rest.

Suncadia Honeymoon

The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked! We had a fun stay and our dog enjoyed the dog treats!! Do be careful if you have any mobility problems, the hot tub was very hard to get into. But the host was very accommodating and supplied a step stool. Overall we had a wonderful experience!

Fantastic stay at Suncadia!

My family and I had such an amazing time during our visit to Suncadia. The home is spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable for our party of 7. Check-in was a breeze…and the check-out process could not have been easier. We really appreciated how close the property is to local attractions like Roslyn and walking distance to restaurants, spa and other amenities at Suncadia. Thank you for hosting us and we would definitely love to come back for another relaxing stay!

Beautiful rental

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The digital house guide had an excellent curation of local restaurants and attractions that helped guide us to some local gems. The home was clean and lovely, with a nice layout for everyone to spread out with their own space but also be connected for easy conversation throughout the day. And the hot tub was wonderfully relaxing!

Second Stay in Suncadia

Area was nice but stay could have been better. Shower had not been properly maintained and did not drain well. There was no outdoor grill though one was shown is advertisement. No access to swimming and fitness facility at the resort. Some of the info on use of the bungalow and parking were not accurate. There was no guide to operation of equipment in the house. Imbalance of A/C resulted in less-than-optimal comfort.

Thanks for allowing single night stays.

Cozy, well put together, all the needed amenities. Love the hot tub "room." Missing any furniture on deck where it would have been nice to enjoy a cup of coffee, but having a ziplock baggie to contain a snack was a much appreciated. Comfy bed. Cleaning fee was high, but no laundry list of chores to complete before check out. Thank you.

Perfect in every way!

Incredibly wonderful experience staying at BHB! Communication with owner was courteous each step of the way, couldn’t have been easier. Comfortable, clean, and a thoughtful welcome basket made us feel like true guest. Best features of the home were location within Suncadia grounds—easy access to trails, swim, entertainment, and dining. The enclosed hot tub was my favorite perk that allows for private relaxation. Thanks for having us! Will book again soon!

So relaxing

We picked this location because of the hot tub, pet friendly, and it was close to the rental our family chose. We were not disappointed, everything matched exactly what was on the description. The hot tub was so easy to use and I went in every night. Our little dog loved the out doors area and we went on great little walks. The showers were also amazing and it was a very relaxing vacation that we very much needed. My husband golfed and said the course was beautiful! There was so much to do, we didn’t even get a chance to do it all. We are already discussing going back at some point. I’ve already recommended it to many family members to take their family vacation there.

Beautiful comfortable stay

Beautiful property with all of the amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Communication was great and timely. Website shared ahead of time had all the details and extras to do around the area.
