Live true holidays in a very private space, in total freedom. The property is all closed by walls, without any looking from outside...!
The pool is heated, and what's the weather you will save your holidays !!! What's the weather you'll live all the time in the very large veranda... La Rochelle is the 3rd more sunny town in France, but everyone can get a bad shot with some rainy, like it was sadly last year during 08 summer...! And clearly for20low season, in spring and autumn (that's my preferate period in my opinion) the house is perfect to live. You get a very nice comfort level, with a special attention to the bedding quality. Very good cooking equipment for nice local foods lovers...
The cordless ADSL Box can make you staying "connected" with their own PC. No limits for great sport events and other TV lovers with a super 42' Philips Ambilight Flat screan with "Home TV Suround Sound", and more of 200 TV radios channels...! Very usefull too for kids if some rainy days...!

Un séjour cosy et très agréable

L’annonce de Marc, le propriétaire, est précise et correspond totalement à la réalité des lieux. Une petite ville proche des plages et du tourisme à La Rochelle ou Fouras avec des commerces tout proche (boulangerie sympa au bout de la rue (on vous recommande les brioches à la praline) et supermarché à trois minutes en voiture) sans parler des halles de La Rochelle qui sont super. La maison est très confortable et agréable qu’il s’agisse de la literie, du salon avec la grande télé, de la douche italienne ou de la super véranda donnant sur la piscine chauffée. Mention spéciale à la cuisine très bien équipée où concocter des petits plats est un vrai plaisir, la vaisselle est très jolie et éclectique, chaque repas pris à la maison a été très agréable. Le propriétaire Marc s’est montré disponible et très sympathique, une bouteille de champagne au frais nous attendait même à l’arrivée ! Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé, nos enfants ont adoré leurs vacances en Charentes-Maritime !

Maison avec du potentiel qui pourrait être agréable ( travaux en cours), dommage que la maison n'était pas prête à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un assez bon séjour malgré des débuts rocambolesques...
