Staff wasn't very friendly, hated the fact that 30 mins before check out they were calling us and staring at our room and as soon as we walked out they went to the room, we hadn't even checked out yet. We left the room clean and how it was given to us so no worries there but watching us as we load the car in a stalker manner was not ok, it made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Even our kids got scared.
Broken furniture, leaking shower, light didn't work, air conditioner worked but held together with duct tape.
This place appeared older but taken cared of. The first thing I checked for was cleanliness. There were fresh towels available, the beds were made. I could not hear any noise from the road or from neighbors. The ome thing I would change would be the weird smell...
Nice location, parking, convenient to Interstate. My sink stopper leaked, so it was difficult to shave.

This hotel was filthy! It smelled really bad and the bed sheets smelled like that hadn't been washed in weeks. We got in late in the evening and it was only a one night stop to our destination. I would never stay there again!
The motel is fairly run down, and desperately needs renovating. Everything was adequate, but I would recommend paying the extra money for a nicer hotel.

The room had a real funky smell. Kind of like the toilet had overflown and no one cleaned properly. Air conditioner only worked on high. Bed really needs a new mattress, very lumpy. The people working there were very polite, only positive part of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel until they updated and corrected these problems.
Maids did not change the sheets every day as most hotels do. A black spider was found in bed two days later and the fridge froze all water that was placed in it. For the price I guess one gets what they pay for. It was my first time renting a room in Tennessee.

We apologize for the inconvenience, we usually call our guest just as a friendly reminder 15-30 min ahead of check out to remind them and to ask if they would like to extend stay just in case that room type stays available to them. We will discuss with our housekeeping about the situation of them waiting by room to go in and clean, again we do apologize for this matter.
