Discover the cottage "Côté Sud" with an area of approximately 124 m², in the countryside, ideal for family or friends' holidays.



This beautiful Mas is located in a charming co-ownership, in a quiet area with 6 other independent dwellings and with no overlooking neighbours. It is situated in the heart of Provençal Drôme, near the village of Clansayes.

•Fully equipped kitchen in a Provençal style (filter coffee machine)

•A warm living area with lounge and dining area

•4 bright bedrooms, including one on the garden level with private shower room, ideal for more privacy (bed and toilet linen included, except pool towels)

Excellent location for cultural and nature based activities

Almost perfect but for the price, but not quite. Issues below, but many good points also. Lots of hot water, strong internet connection, secure, very quiet, few biting insects and lots of minibeasts for the children to save from the pool. easy access to shops with a car. Lots of nice walking and cycling with great views, scents of a variety of plants. Matching cutlery, crockery and glasses would be nice. We were missing sunbed cushions for the first ten days of 14, but the agent did source new ones. Pool maintenance is inconsistent, with the filter pump switched off for six days until agent called then immediate response. We were six in a ten person house. It suited six fine with a dining table with only six places. Broken sunbeds meaning only two people could lie down at any one time. Unfathomable washing machine. Organising and getting proof of payment and confirmations was not easy as agent not using complete Home Away process. (NOT a direct owner, as in "Owners Direct," which was the website we used).
