The Casale is equipped with 4 double bedrooms and 2 baths , rooms can accommodate more people with the addition of bunk beds. In the big living room you will find one table for 25 persons, as once was in the "old" italian families.

Schönes Landhaus in ruhiger abgelegener Lage.

Wir waren 5 junge Erwachsene und alles hat super funktioniert. Die Anfahrt ist eine kleine 10 min Safari aber dafür ist man im Haus für sich und hat eine tolle Lage am Berg. Haus war alt aber gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging einfach und schnell per WhatsApp.

Beau gîte au calme en pleine nature avec une vue imprenable.Tout cela se mérite, car le chemin d'accès est très accidenté.Giovanni et Simon,les gestionnaires sont accueillants et à l'écoute.Toutefois,il faudrait veiller à plus d'entretien:manque matériel de cuisine,marche piscine cassée,équipement de jardin insuffisant.....,au risque que cette belle maison atypique perde de son attrait!

"Second séjour pour notre...

"Second séjour pour notre part dans cet endroit au charme rustique des maisons toscanes et idéalement situé dans un cadre forestier au calme. Des propriétaires très attentifs au bien-être de leurs hôtes, une région qui n''a pas encore été agressée par le tourisme de masse, jamais très loin des grandes cités toscanes de la Renaissance. Les atouts : l''équipement complet pour héberger une dizaine de personnes sans se marcher sur les pieds, une piscine avec grande terrasse, le four à pizza, le barbecue, un domaine de plusieurs dizaines d''hectares à votre seul usage qui comblera les amateurs de balades, de 4x4, d''observation de la nature, etc ... et toujours un petit vent agréable à cette altitude lors des journées ensoleillées. Une petite mare peuplée de grenouilles à proximité et si vous êtes à la recherche de tranquillité : lapins, chevreuils et sangliers seront vos seuls compagnons durant votre séjour. A noter aussi : les habitants et commerçants de la région sont accueillants et bienveillants, surtout dans les petites entités comme Monte San Savino (10 à 12 km de la villa) où tous les commerces sont présents. Pour rester impartial, la maison n''est pas faite pour ceux qui veulent rester "connectés" (débit quasi inexistant même avec une carte sim italienne dédiée à l''internet, pas toujours évident de tél. via son GSM et télévision uniquement en italien - idéal pour apprendre la langue du pays - ou en anglais). Mais les vacances ne sont-elles pas faites pour changer ses habitudes et déstresser du quotidien ? ;) L''idéal est d''être équipé d''un 4x4 ou d''un louer un pour profiter pleinement du domaine et de tous les petits chemins du pays. Finalement, on aimerait garder cette perle pour soi :) "

"Cette maison rustique se...

"Cette maison rustique se situe dans un environnement magnifique, une réserve de chasse peuplée de sangliers, de daims qu''on a le plaisir d''apercevoir le long de la route menant à la maison. Vue splendide depuis la piscine. Calme absolu. Pas de voisins immédiats. La maison, avec ses deux salles de bain et 4 chambres peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. Idéal pour deux familles. Il faut savoir que ce cadre unique se mérite: 15 minutes de route depuis le village dont 5 minutes de piste caillouteuse mais à l''arrivée, quel bonheur!! Les plus: l''accueil très chaleureux et convivial de Raphaëlla et de sa famille, l''entretien régulier de la piscine et l''évacuation des poubelles par un gentil monsieur, les bons conseils de Monica à l''hotel Le Corniole à Arezzo (avec en plus la possibilité de garer sa voiture sur le parking de l''hotel), le nettoyage de la maison, le changement des draps et des serviettes de bain une fois par semaine, le four à pizza dans le jardin. Cet endroit est vraiment une perle rare si on aime la campagne, le calme absolu, la nature et si on n''a pas peur des fourmis! Je recommande chaleureusement cet endroit!!"

"si vous aimez la tranquilité ,la nature et la campagne toscane vous ne serez pas déçus .Très belle Maison isolée (vous roulez sur un chemin de terre sur plusieurs KM - prévoir de quoi manger le premier jour-mais un panier préparé par les propriétaires vous attend sur la table et dans le frigo(utile!)) située a à peu près égale distance des villes et lieux a ne surtout pas manquer en Toscane_ Sienne Florence San gemignani...........et tous ces beaux villages sur la route du Chianti. Propriétaires très sympatiques et à votre écoute. On y retournera avec grand plaisir"
