Wunderschönes Landhaus mit grossem Pool

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche im schönen Landhaus in Oliveto. Giada ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin und alle ihre Familienmitglieder inkl. Hunde sind super nett. Im unteren Stockwerk gibt es drei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und zwei Bädern. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich ein eigenes Studio mit separatem Eingang was unser Teenager sehr toll fand. Das Haus ist rustikal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben im Restaurant von Giada auf dem Weingut wunderbar gegessen - der Ausblick dort ist ein Traum und der Spaziergang dahin war ausserordentlich idyllisch. Wir konnten vom Landhaus die Städte Firenze, Arezzo, Siena und Perugia besuchen und schätzten die zentrale Lage des Hauses um die Toskana zu entdecken. Jeden 1. Sonntag vom Monat findet Italiens grösster Antiquitätenmarkt in Arezzo statt. Das war ein einzigartiger Ausflug! Die Küche ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet und wir haben darin nicht gekocht. In der Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Restaurants und tagsüber waren wir unterwegs. Der Pool war sehr gut gewartet und eine tolle Abkühlung nach den heissen Städtetrips. Im Juli waren viele Mücken vor Ort, so dass zwingend Schutz nötig ist. Abends wird es im Haus im unteren Stockwerk sehr warm, im Studio gibt es jedoch eine Klimaanlage. Das Zirpen der Zikaden am Pool war wunderschön und entspannend und der regelmässige Besuch des obersüssen Hundes von Giada war ein Hit bei uns allen. Wir können das Haus und die netten Gastgeber weiterempfehlen.

Toskana wie man es sich vorstellt

Traumhaftes Haus in toller ruhiger Lage mit schönem Pool. G. ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Küchen-Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Die angebotene Weinprobe hat uns enttäuscht. Ansonsten rundherum ein Platz, wo man sich mit Familie und Freunden wohlfühlen kann.

Pool und Garten wurden täglich gereinigt, auch der Mistkübel bei Grillstelle entleert. Wegen fehlenden Italienischkenntnissen leichte sprachliche Unsicherheiten, aber dennoch sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Nachbarn. Wie in Beschreibung leider keine Klimaanlage, daher im Hochsommer sehr heiß in den Zimmern. Etwas Abhilfe schafften die vorhandenen Ventilatoren.

We had an amazing time with G. and her Family. She is a super host and wants you to feel at home. Her Father is also good for a conversation or offering help when buying an Olivetree. Our week in Casa Clotilde will be unforgettable. The kids will remember the Cookingclass with L. and D. for a long time. I can suggest this house to anyone looking for good Tocany food and wine. Arrezo close buy or any other smal toscany town in the vacinity is worth a visit. The Bandellies

Einfach großartig, toller Service

Wir waren hoch zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das gesamte Gebäude und das Grundstück ist in einem absolut gepflegten Zustand. Von der Hausherrin ... wurden wir wunderbar versorgt und bekamen gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Die angebotenen Abendessen waren ausnahmslos lecker. G. ist einfach eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist auch super, so dass wir sehr schöne Ausflüge machen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr schön einger...

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, in sehr gutem Zustand, und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Außer Besen und Kehrblech gibt es keine Utensilien u. Mittel, um zwischendurch mal sauber zu machen. Die Küche war gut, aber nicht sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat ein Meßbecher und eine Kartoffelscheibenreibe (für Gratin) gefehlt. Was uns noch gefehlt hat, war eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe draußen. Der fest installierte Tisch mit Dach und Bänken ist nicht sehr bequem. Armlehnstühle mit hoher Rückenlehne und Sitzpolstern wären besser. Das Highlight ist definitiv der große Pool, der regelmäßig von den Besitzern gesäubert wird. Das Grundstück wird von zahlreichen Ameisen bevölkert, die außer im Haus überall sind: auf den Liegen, der Hängematte, sie krabbeln teilweise die Pfähle der Sitzgruppe hoch und auf die Handtücher auf dem Wäscheständer. Das war nicht schön. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert, ein Abendessen bei den Vermietern dazu zu buchen. Der Preis von EUR 35,– war absolut angemessen für die vielen servierten Köstlichkeiten. Sie haben sogar auf mich als Vegetarierin Rücksicht genommen. ...spricht ganz gut Englisch, aber nicht so gut, dass die Verständigung reibungslos gewesen wäre. Reisetipps: Die Pizzeria und die Bar/Alimentari mit Brötchenverkauf in Albergo sind 1,4 km vom Haus entfernt. Die Pizzen in der "Blue Notte" sind riesig, und insgesamt ist es dort günstig und lecker. Für Ausflüge nach Siena, Montepulciano, ins Chianti, nach Cortona und zum Lago Trasimeno muss man immer mindestens eine Stunde Fahrzeit einplanen, zum Monte Amiata noch mehr. Das Haus liegt doch etwas abseits der netten Touristenziele. Besonders gut hat uns Pienza und die Abbadia Monte Oliveto Maggiore gefallen, sowie die Landschaft drumherum.

Das Ferienhaus eignet sich her...

Das Ferienhaus eignet sich hervorragend für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Drei Bäder, ein großer gemeinschaftlicher Wohnraum und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sind nur einige der Vorzüge. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet und gepflegt anpflegt angelegt. Der viele Naturschatten sowie ein schattiger Sitzplatz in Nähe zum Grill laden zum Verweilen bei den teilweise hohen Temperaturen in der Toskana ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaublich herzliche Art der jungen Verpächterin, die sich um alle Belange der Gäste umgehend kümmert. Reisetipps: Cotorna, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Siena und Monte San Savino sind nur einige historisch wertvolle Orte, die sich alle in gut fahrbarer Umgebung (max. 1 Stunde) befinden.
