Traurig, aber wahr!

Wahrscheinlich waren wir seit längerer Zeit die ersten Gäste, denn wir haben zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes die Eingangstür kaum öffnen können. In dem Haus war es sehr feucht und die Wände und leider auch die Kopfkissen an unterschiedlichen Bereichen schimmelig. Das Mobiliar war zum Teil witterungsbedingt rostig, aber leider auch verwohnt und kaputt und besonders sauber war es auch nicht. Schlafen war auf Grund des Schimmels und dem damit verbundenen Geruchs nur mit geöffneten Fenster möglich. Ansonsten waren wir froh, dass wir uns überwiegend draußen aufhalten konnten, aber auch hier sollte man keine großen Erwartungen stellen. Der Grill und die Dusche waren nicht zu benutzen und bei den Außenmöbeln blätterte die Farbe ab und ging eine feste Verbindung mit der Kleidung und der Haut ein. Wir würden definitiv nicht noch einmal hierher kommen und wir hoffen für die zukünftigen Gäste, dass der Eigentümer bereit ist, Geld zu investieren und das Objekt besser pflegen wird.

TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING!

The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but this rental should be avoided until the owner understands that it's not enough to have an apartment with a view to be able to charge prohibitive prices without any investment.
