El buffet muy variado y buena comida. Las instalaciones muy bien y el personal, sobretodo del comedor, muy agradable. La unica pega la limpieza de las habitaciones. Las camas bastante mal hechas y juraria que no barrieron en toda la semana.

It was a lovely hotel, close to all the shops, bars,restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My only criticism would be the selection of evening meals, there was plenty of choice but it didn't seem to go together.

No éramos el público típico del establecimiento ya que está orientado a cliente británico. El problema está en que los horarios están enfocados para ellos. Por ejemplo, las hamacas las empiezan a recoger a las 17.30h y las piscinas cierran las 18h.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, esta pensado para personas con peques. No me gusto nada la higiene de la habitación, una verdadera decepción. Incluso baje a quejarme a recepción, volvió a subir la persona de limpieza y seguía muy sucia. El espejo súper sucio, el suelo con manchas, polvo por todas partes, tierra de playa por el suelo, las sabanas las cambian 3 veces por semana. La comida del restaurante muy mala, y la cocinera encargada en las cenas con una mala ostia que daba miedo. En resumen, una muy mala experiencia que no recomiendo a nadie

Lovely hotel. We stayed in a hotel room. My 14 ye old however was very uncomfy on the camp bed which was really only suitable for a small child not a larve 14yr old! Staff very good. Food generally good with a fair choice. Thomas cook staff very friendly and helpful, kids club elly and charlotte great with the kids and entertainment staff liam billy and megan did a great job with the shows.

first time in Menorca and all inclusive and for the amount we paid thought it good value The Hotel staff seemed genuinely friendly and helpful We had a very relaxing week. Hotel coffee at the bar was poor and the hotel lift neede some attention but this did not spoil our break

Hotel accogliente

Preciso subito che l'hotel è 3 stelle e non 2 come segnalato da Expedia. Detto questo lo consiglio vivamente ed elenco alcune note: _ cibo: sempre carne e pesce tutti i giorni, colazione buona (si tenga presente che la clientela principale è di Inglesi che sono in maggioranza anche nel quartiere Los delfines dove si trova l'hotel). La pasta ovviamente non è il massimo essendo il servizio a buffet _ camera: c'è tutto, manca solo il frigobar, c'è la tv sat. anche se senza canali italiani,cmq io sono sopravvissuto tranquillamente senza. Segnalo prezzo elevato cassetta di sicurezza (che di sicurezza non ha nulla) 24 euro a settimana. Non c'è vista mare _ Personale sempre molto cordiale e disponibile _ All inclusive impeccabile con bibite alla spina non annacquate come in molti altri hotel e gran varierà di scelta _ piscina: N 4, di cui 2 grandi e 2 piccole rotonde per bambini e sono sempre in balia degli inglesi al quale il mare non interessa molto. Personalmente l'ho usata solo 1/2 giornata su 19 gg. _ posizione: autobus a 100 mt, ottimi orari e servizi, Ciuttadella a 10 min in scooter e circa 25 min in autobus. Quartiere Los delfines, c'è tutto, appena fuori l'hotel ristoranti, negozietti, pubs, noleggi auto/moto, acquapark in fronte all'hotel. Si tenga presente che l'hotel si trova in un punto dove non ci sono spiagge grandi ma solo calette: cala n'forcat, cala en blanes cala en brut, cala piques, con rocce e piccole baie di sabbia. Comunque l'isola è assolutamente da girare
