Nice Villa located in a rural zone, at Son Cabrises, next to Cala Blanca Beach and just a 10 minute drive from Ciutadella centre. It is a quiet area, ideal for the guest that loves nature. Cala Blanca beach is in walking distance (1.2 km) by the coast and 1,6 km if you drive. In this area there are several bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and all kind of services. In a distance of 10 km around the villa, you can find the most beautiful beaches of Menorca.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, large living room, a very spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a dining room. Outside, the enormous plot of more than 5,000 m2 offers an ideal place for the whole family to enjoy a natural Mediterranean garden. On the other side is the pool of more than 70 m2, a large veranda and barbecue.

The hiking route Camí de Cavalls route is located less than 1km from the house, so Casa Carlos is a good option for those who want to explore the Western part of the island through the route Gr-233.

Bonjour . Que dire... Jardin dans un état horrible pelouse pàs du tout entretenue , pelouse haute de 15 cm Les coussins de transats sont moisis. Bouteilles de bière vides trouvées parterre dans un sac en plein milieu de là pelouse Le parasol cassé et posé parterre devant là porte d 'entrée; Bref c'était lamentable et nous demandons un remboursement partiel suite aux préjudices. Jamais nous n 'avons vu cela J' attend une réponse de votre part. Merci MR LE Strat
