BEAUTIFUL DUPLEX WITH TERRACE AND POOL NEXT TO THE SEA, SURROUNDED BY TREES. Located 3 minutes walk from the beach. Very close to the beautiful town of Ciutadella. Awesome nature with beautiful sunsets. Its capacity is for 4/5 people, with all kinds of amenities, also wifi. It has air conditioning and consists of two bedrooms on one floor and living room-kitchen-terrace on another floor. Spectacular pool and Jacuzzi in a space surrounded by trees, with sun loungers and wooden tarimma. This duplex is wonderful to enjoy Menorca and its beauty. You can walk to supermarket, bars, restaurants and five minutes by car is the wonderful Historic City: Ciutadella, one of the unique enclaves of the Island of Menorca. Here you can enjoy the Pedestrian Old Town, where you can see numerous palaces built in stone of Marés, restaurants, bars, shops, museums and its marina with boats, restaurants and terraces.
And along the street parallel to the duplex passes the Camí de Cavalls, hiking trails that line the island along paths perfectly conditioned for your walk and enjoy the unspoiled nature of the island. And if you like the sea, the turquoise blue of the water of Menorca on the beach of Santandría (3 minutes walk) where you can snorkel, swim, or simply enjoy the sun and light on the beach.

Ubicación ideal

La ubicación, muy cercano a una cala, así como la piscina y la flexibilidad horaria comunitaria que permite el baño hasta las 23 h, ideal. El duplex es algo incómodo, con falta de enseres de cocina básicos y una ducha muy pequeña. Las fotos están hechas con gran angular y da la sensación de que todo es más grande.

Duplex à 15mn de Ciutadella en voiture pour 4

Voilà comment s'organise le logement: en duplex , les 2 chambres sont en bas , une avec lit 2 personnes, une avec lits superposés, qui ne conviennent pas pour 2 adultes. Les 2 s'ouvrent sur un balcon large mais peu profond, il n'a pas de vue mer, on peut y étendre du linge. Heureusement qu'il y a le canapé convertible pour 2 à l'étage, dans la pièce de vie. Escalier en bois qui relie les 2 niveaux mais bruyant !!! Le point négatif, c'est la salle de bain, très exiguë, petite douche avec rideau de plastique, aucun rangement prévu, pas de fenêtre! WC séparé par porte coulissante. On se bouscule dans la pièce de vie et le balcon est également petit pour y manger. Je conseille cet appartement uniquement pour 4 adultes ou 2 adultes et 2 petits enfants, pas pour 6 en tout cas, ce serait invivable! Déconvenue du séjour, nous avons été privés de piscine 3 jours soit la moitié de notre séjour pour cause de selles dans l'eau, nous avons quand même été étonnés que le traitement demande 3 jours !

Estancia muy agradable

Un piso cómodo y agradable. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Falta algún detalle como ollas para cocinar, cubiteras, etc. A pesar de estos detalles que mejorarían la estancia, es un apartamento completamente recomendable
