I did not have a great experience with this Hotel. There were someone else’s hairs all over the toilet (gross!) and a different hairs on the bathroom floor near the shower. The super cheap showerhead broke off so I couldn’t take a shower, maintenance came and also couldn’t fix it. I asked a few days before my stay if I could push my reservation forward a day and not only did they refuse to shift my reservation, but it was a struggle to get them to allow me to stay the second (that I paid for!!) because they said if I didn’t show up on the first night, I would be considered a “no-show” and they would keep all the money for the two nights and I’d have to make a new reservation. That’s insane. They finally agreed to let me stay my second (paid for!) night. So I paid for 2 nights and stayed only the second night. Kinda greedy for a place with a filthy toilet and non-working shower but if you won’t need any flexibility and lower your expectations you might enjoy it! The room/bed weren’t bad at all!

Bisinii is a wonderful experience for anyone wishing to feel special for a few days. The property is immaculate, the neighborhood is quiet and offers first class restaurants and beautiful night clubs, only a couple of blocks away. The Bisinii restaurant is first class with a varied menu, and, the included morning breakfast, is first class. The people at the desk are friendly and so are the waiters and the room service personnel. Bisinii is ready to solve any problem. We had a light malfunctioning in the room, and they had it repaired in 5 minutes. The pool is spectacular, with awesome restaurant & drinks service. They offer barbecue in the evening by the pool and at the adjacent restaurant. Quite a treat! For some reason, the pool lights were not functioning and that was a disappointment because we love bathing in the evening. The TV in the room is a good size but the cable service Bisinii hired is limited to very few channels, most, if not all, in Spanish. The room is beautiful and spacious, very well cleaned snd beautifully decorated. The bed is heavily! This was our 4th stay at Bisinii, and it gets better every time.

Contestação formal de multa por suposta infração – Solicitação de suspensão imediata l de multa por suposta infração – Solicitação de suspensão imediata"} Prezados, Venho por meio desta contestar formalmente a multa aplicada de forma unilateral, sob a alegação de suposto consumo de fumo no interior do quarto durante minha hospedagem neste hotel. Ressalto, de forma clara e inequívoca, que não fumei em nenhum momento dentro do quarto, inexistindo qualquer conduta que caracterize violação das regras internas do estabelecimento. Na data de ontem por volta das 20h00, solicitei voluntariamente a presença de um funcionário do hotel, identificado como Anthony, justamente para verificação do odor percebido no ambiente. Na ocasião, foi constatado cheiro proveniente da churrasqueira do próprio hotel, a qual, conforme prática recorrente do estabelecimento, é acesa diariamente nesse mesmo horário, fato plenamente capaz de explicar o odor identificado no quarto. Destaco que: - Não houve flagrante, - Não foi apresentada qualquer prova objetiva, como vestígios, registros fotográficos, laudo técnico ou evidência material, - A aplicação da multa baseou-se exclusivamente em critério subjetivo, o que viola princípios básicos de razoabilidade, boa-fé e transparência na relação de consumo. Dessa forma, a penalidade aplicada mostra-se indevida, desproporcional e sem respaldo fático, gerando constrangimento injustificado ao hóspede. Infelizmente fui multado de forma unilateral!

O hotel é ótimo, no quarto os banheiros precisam de manutenção principalmente na descarga. O café poderia ser bem melhor levando em consideração o valor da diaria e é um hotel para casais, não tem atrativos para crianças e o valor que cobram para hospedar crianças é surreal levando em consideração o valor do quarto duplo. No geral o atendimento na piscina é ótimo, a localização também, o hotel é lindo.
