Restaurants close by. Easy to get to. Good breakfast. Clean.

nice and quite hotel and very close to kings islands very nice staff appreciate every thing

Decent breakfast. Good fitness center. HVAC was good.

Had no issues located near restaurants and right off interstate got checked in fast had no complaints. Comfortable bed.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was fresh and enough choice so I didn't have to eat the same thing every morning. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Close to stores and the most important close to my family so I didn't have to drive a long way to see them.

The purpose of our trip was to attend a wedding, The hotel was quiet and our room was clean. The hot breakfast was also good. We can't find anything to complain about. Staff at front desk was courteous and helpful.

Booked the hotel through Orbitz for a non-smoking room. At check in was informed only smoking rooms were available and that was what Orbitz booked. Stuck in a distasteful room for a few days. First contact at hotel desk was an unfriendly person and not helpful at all, a take it or leave it attitude. This hotel was not a good value other than the location I needed.

Hotel was convenient to the University of Cincinnati and downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel looked clean but room had a bad musty smell

We were in the area for a Basketball Tournament. Good for the price and location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My family visited for an open house at University of Cincinnati that was another 10 miles south. It was convenient to I-71 ramps. Our 11-2010 visit had lobby closed off and under construction. Didn't matter. We stayed for the rate, which was excellent. Our room on 3rd floor was newly remodeled and had everything. microwave, fridge, hairdryer, comfortable beds. Nice TV, several decent sized mirrors in the room, and good heatpump unit that was quiet. Room was very clean and I looked carefully. The only negative I saw was lack of hot water in the morning. I had a luke warm shower, but the free continental breakfast made up for it. Waffles, fruit, cereal, blueberry muffins, fruit juices and more. Breakfast area was very clean. All this for a $50 room. Free local calls, front desk wake up calls. No issues really. It was an excellent deal. I am frugal and this hotel was just fine. Some people complain about the most minor things. If you feel safe, your room is nice, your breakfast is good, and you get on with your day...its all good. Breakfast weekdays started 6am, Weekends 7am. fyi

Visiting family in nearby Blue Ash. The hotel was clean and had nice amenities including free wi-fi. It was convienent to the highways and restaurants. Overall experience was very pleasant and I would use this hotel again. For the price it was a great value compared to other hotels I have stayed in in the area.

The hotel was good for the purpose of not spending large amounts of time in the hotel. The internet was hard to use if you had a system that has a firewall. You will have to use regular Internet Explorer. Also the older pics pre 10/15 show that their pool and hot tub appeared to be indoor. Those pictures were false. The location was great and near a lot of stores and restaurants. It was a quick drive to Kings Island and to Newport Aquarium.

It was a clean room, good location and they serve breakfast.

The hotel was located close to Kings Island, just one exit away which was the purpose of booking this hotel. They are going through a remodel, but the noise didn't start till after 9:30am. The maids however, were slamming doors very early making it hard to sleep in. They offered a variety for breakfast and it was pretty good. The room was fairly clean, but I noticed there was cereal under the dresser that was in plain view and a band-aid between the bed and the wall. It seems that they just clean the main things and don't pay attention to detail. Basically, not too bad for the price and served it's purpose. Breakfast was good.

We liked it ok. For the price you could not beat it. However I was told we could request an additional bed, and was told on arrival they did not provide them. Overall the stay was nice.

nice

The hotel staff was very nice. The same woman was working when we came in at night as when we were there in the morning! First thing I noticed is they're renovating a bit so there are rooms blocked off and such. We had requested adjoining rooms because we were 3 adults and 7 children but, unfortunately, they only have adjoining rooms with 2-double beds and Kings. Not 2-double and 2-double. So, we had to go back and forth through the hall. That was unpleasant but not terrible. Breakfast was great for most of us. However, our 2-year-old can't have wheat and there was only two thing that weren't wheat, fruit and oatmeal. He refused to eat both so I had to walk to McDonald's to get a hash brown and bacon. Luckily it was a short walk. The A/C unit in my room had half the fans out. I didn't report it, however, so it's my own fault. It cooled the room fine eventually it just took longer than the other room.

I liked this place. Free breakfast with waffles, yummy, every morning. It was quiet, staff was nice and the room was cleaned up every day. AC worked good and TV had a good picture. There are tons of restaurants in the area..... For the 54 dollars a night I spent, would give two thumbs up for value.... Some minor things I didn't like....... was kind of looking forward to going to the pool, just to find it was being renovated, tore up and empty.... a slight bummer, no swimming, but its nice they are spending money on the place. One thing the hotel could think of doing, is doing something with a water softener, water in the shower was hard and I could never get the soap to rinse off me. I felt slimy after my showers, but it was only for a few days. I would stay here again for the price.

The location is convenient, feels very safe and the room was clean. The lobby conveniently had tea and coffee and there was complimentary breakfast (including waffles!)
