"Our anniversary stay at The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park in El Paso was wonderful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel welcomed and truly made our anniversary feel special. They even went above and beyond by starting our truck every two hours for us. That level of care and willingness to help meant so much and says a lot about their exceptional service. The restaurant staff was equally amazing, and the food was delicious! Our only regret was leaving the hotel for our anniversary dinner at 1700° Steakhouse, which unfortunately didn’t live up to our expectations. We wish we had stayed and enjoyed dinner at The Plaza instead. Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway with outstanding hospitality!"
