Located just north of the square and within walking distance to all the cities amenities, this two bedroom apartment is close to everywhere you want to be. Built in 2021, this gated apartment building is modern, warm and built to a high specification. Located at the far end of the building this apartment is the farthest from the road, so is very quiet. Accessed using the building elevator, this second floor apartment boasts city views from the west facing balcony.
The space
The apartment iswithin walking distance of the convention centre, the town hall and the bars and restaurants on the Terrace, this two bedroom apartment is close to everywhere you want to be. Lock up your car in the complimentary carpark and go and explore all this modern city has to offer.
This particular apartment was given a “luxury upgrade” with tiled walk-in showers, two bathrooms with underfloor heating and a granite benchtop in the kitchen. The apartment boasts city views from the west facing balcony and on a good day, the southern alps can be spotted also.
The large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge has all you need for a night in with a full kitchen, a dining table seating four and two 2.5 seater couches in front of a 55” Smart TV. A heat pump is available for those cooler (or warmer) nights. Each bedroom has a very comfortable commercial grade queen bed, wall heaters,a full wardrobe, and two bedside cabinets.

Awesome place and even better host!
First off I have to say that Jason is the very best VRBO host we have ever had and we have booked a ton of VRBO’S. First off on our arrival day he checked in on us via the VRBO App. Asking if our travels were good and did we need anything from him in regards to his property. That was a real nice touch.Property was as indicated, it was clean and had nice beds.We would definitely rent from him again.Many thanks Jason for being so available to your guests, more VEBO’S should take note of checking in on arrival day with the people that rented from them.Rose, Canada

Oh my goodness! Was so fortunate to locate and stay in this property. The house is immaculately tidy and well set up in a very central location. We had a couple of special requests and the owner ( Jason) was so accommodating and generally amazing to deal with. Nothing was an issue and we will definitely be back!
